This season was Bronze 3 but was motivated enough to get to Silver 5
It took all day but after 3 promo series i finally got to silver 5!!!

bronze is hell and damn near impossible to escape.
To get out of bronze I happened to get really lucky and was able to use Morgana like ten games in a row (back when she was a contested pick)
WTG! Thats amazing! Season 5 I was placed in bronze 2, dropped to bronze 3, gave up for awhile but deciding to try ranked again and made it up to Silver 2 when awards went out and finished end of Season 5 at Gold 4 :D
I got placed Silver 4 this season so back to the climb :)

Congratulations! I remember my climb from Bronze was pretty brutal, but like yourself, I was highly motivated to get out, so I just kept going and continued practicing. I started setting small goals for myself, like learn "x" champ or practice "x" role nonstop. Now, my goal is to reach Gold V. We'll see how that goes. Seriously though, good job!
I'm in Bronze right now (first ranked season, ended up in Bronze III after placements but just got demoted to V after a humongous losing streak), and seeing these kind of posts make me even more determined to play better and learn more. Congratulations!
I'm diamond 5 and it intrigues me why getting out of bronze is so hard
I was stuck in Bronze for a season and a half. I know the pain. I actually didn't play too much ranked until I saw one of my friends finally get gold. Then I was inspired to rise up to his level...and I got Silver, lol.
But I'm Gold now! Fight hard and live the dream my friend.

Your are incredibly lucky. I'm currently stuck in Bronze 4. 3 wins out of 16 games. Yeah, it's horrible. The people constantly rage, play the blame game, and demotivate others. There's no teamwork or cooperation. Half the time when I try to be encouraging I get "stfu" and "Fck off" from my team. They make it so hard to work with, and I have no idea if I'll ever escape that madness. Most of my games are trash except 2 :/. Wish me luck please lol.
I do not understand how one could be so cognitively incapable that, after 3 years, they are unable to play a video game better than the bottom 10%. Cognitive ability has a direct relationship with IQ, meaning anybody who is bad at a video game after extensive practice is actually stupid. There's my 2 cents.
People who think bronze is bad knows nothing. an even bigger hell awaits my friend. Silver is true elo hell from my experience
