Dear Riot, Why am I being forced to play Meta to win?

My win rate is extremely sub-par cause I don't play meta op champs. i just dropped from gold promos to silver 3 and dropping a lot more just because i main lee sin and my teams are full of people who thinks ranked is for death match, chase all day, not listen to anyone mode. No matter how nice I am, no matter how rude i get cause of this shit stressing my out, no matter how fed I get, no matter how fed my team gets. I cant a fucking win for shit cause of the stupid metas. I DONT LIKE METAS.

It's so stupid easy to pick one of them meta champs and just win more often just because of how little brain celled low skill is needed to use them. I'm so fucking livid.[zombie-brand-facepalm] [zombie-brand-clap]

well the game constantly changes ... there for EVER lee sin was THE META so as you mained him you played META therefore doing exactly what you are bitching about.

lee sin is still viable ... just not as strong as he was when he was META

and if you dont learn how to constantly change with the meta and have sound fundamentals at the game you are doomed to fail

Nobody forces you to do anything,you can play a melee minion and be Diamond 5 with your eyes closed.

Get your Lee Sin to the next level and you will climb.

There are some champs who just simply don't fall off because of meta, like:

Ahri Kayle DrMundo and Blitzcrank to name a few.

You're not really, you just have to stay away from a few complete trash champions like Ryze or Azir. You can definitely easily get out of Gold if you're great at Lee but it would certainly require less so to do it with something like Rammus or Sejuani.
