May I suggest something for Aatrox?

So as of late, many players and myself heard about Aatrox's possible ult change. Now...if I may, I would like to suggest some other changes that may help Aatrox instead of them giving Aatrox basically URF mode for a few seconds.

R - World Ender: So here are a few suggestion that is perhaps better than giving them the idea that was announced.

1: Remove the out of combat movement speed and give them a constant movement speed boost while in ultimate. 40/55/70 Movement speed while in Ultimate. (Or something along the lines like that.)

2: While in ultimate, Aatrox's Q - The Darkin Blade, has "slightly" sped up cast animations.

3: Probably not the greatest idea, but I'll just say it. While in ultimate, Aatrox's Passive - Deathbringer's Stance is now applied on the sweet-spots of Aatrox's Q - The Darkin Blade.

So again, these are perhaps some better suggestions than just giving Aatrox basically a temporary URF mode buff.
