Please give Outer Turrets base resists throughout all game
As much as I appreciate the idea of having Outer Turrets' resists tied to Turret Plating as well as champions' presence being accounted for when Outer Turret sieging, it seems like it made the snowball effect of taking Outer Turrets more exacerbated.
While it is true that the changes helped a bit and this is Preseason, it doesn't really help the fact that once Turret Platings starts falling off and when they do fall off, Turrets are once again pure papier-mâché. Not to mention the Turret Platings gold value is a bit too high in my opinion. Yes, the Turret Platings' value is not that much among 2 or more champions per time a Plating is destroyed, but when it is taken by 1 champion or when the enemy is already ahead, it becomes a slight problem. Especially when they are able to destroy the Turret itself which gives even more gold. I really don't want to keep thinking or seeing Turrets as Gold Caches/Mines.
Here are some proposed changes I have in mind.
1: Give Outer Turrets base resists throughout all game. At least give them the base resists that is tied to Turret Platings (40 base Armor and Magic Resists). And perhaps let the Turret Plating give an additional 20+ base Armor and Magic Resists while they're still up.
2: Have Local gold value of destroying Outer Turrets (1st tier Turrets) lowered from 250-200. (Yes this is not much, but it does mean that it's not much of a problem when a team does destroy one or some when they are already ahead.)
3: Have Local gold value of destroying Turret Platings lowered from 160 to 140 or 120. (Same statement as 2nd proposed change.)
Thanks for reading this little suggestion discussion. Also note to Riot, please change Celerity into something that is not absolutely worthless. As you already did as of now.
