why don't they solve the issue everyone is whining about, with ranged top assassin/marksman. Make quinn into a bot lane adc will probably shut everyone complaining about being too OP in solo lanes lol. Is she not better for bot lane though?
B00B001 votesshe's better 1v1 as she can kite and dodge skill shots very efficiently, her E displaces her so she can dodge a lot of moves, her Q has a blind and her W is the ultimate split pushing vision (and speed).
she is viable bot lane, definitely just requires a different approach.
