@Meddler Too much damage?

So i see that there are a lot of tiny damage buffs to many champions, but along with that will there also be changes to champs armor and Hp across the rooster this pre-season? I've thought this the whole season and if i remember correctly there were a couple of big boards a while back saying there is too much damage in the game. having drawn out team fighting makes the game more fun in my opinion.
