It's insane. I'm surprised every Sion doesn't do it. You can easily 1 shot squishies before your CC runs out if you land your ult. Just Ult, Shield, Auto, Hydra, Q and they will die.

if ur jungling titanic would be good, but hydra is much better for laning

Essentially it fills the same niche as Atma's did. I always prioritize some tanky stats first unless I'm in a lane and winning but yeah it's definitely a good addition to his burst.
