Normal Games = Too easy?

So, as a league player I like to play normal games and not ranked. This is because I do not like the toxicity of ranked. so I play normals.

While playing the normal games I find that it is too easy who I am facing. The ELO I am consistently playing against is Silver/Gold/Plat and sometimes an odd Challenger or Master tier player.

I was wondering if you, riot, could implement a system that tracks our performance over these normal games and pairs you up with tougher and tougher opponents each time. Then, I could actually have an enjoyable challenge. However, if we start going on a loss streak in normal games, it should start to ease up the level of your opponent.
