Not to mention Seraph's cuts 25% of your mana costs. Each max stack cast of R costs 200 mana less with Seraph's

Damage for everyone is out the roof. 1 level difference shouldn't be a 2 shot like that even if its a Kat.

looks like he used gunblade on you. or was that you. anyway kassadin with lichbane does 1.2 of AP ratio as damage. with his W. his base ad is high also. not surprised that one proc can do 1k damage. your behind a level. he maxed his ult stacks. and i think he Q and W. you. yeah enough to kill. if you let kassadin get to late game you usually lose

Riot'll probably nerf him next patch. Meddler's said the new items might make him a bit strong.

outplayed. you see, riot rewards risky champions. but to counter balance the risks, you have to give them a ton of a damage so you one shot you. gg ez
