When you're chasing down a champ and you hit em with that lvl 5 slow [slayer-pantheon-thumbs] and they can't even fight back because it drops atk speed to pretty much nothing [slayer-jinx-wink] Whoo and when it ends it's up in like .1(not accurate) seconds so you watch them desperately try and run but you move at the speed of motherlicking wind. Zilean slow worse though at least just in terms of the slow not the aa speed slow but I personally find zilean more annoying
