Inting champs need nerfs/reworks
I know riot doesn't give a shit about actual game balance and just wants to cater to content creators/pro players, but fuck it I'll just write anyway. My focus is primarily on Nasus and Sion today. I just experienced a game against a Nasus that lost lane, lost jungle, lost bot and went even in mid lane. Let me emphasize that he LOST top lane HARD. He was solo killed twice and died to 2 ganks, 1/4, and 2 levels behind. I bet you know what I'm about to say but I'll say it anyway. We lost because he went triforce and ran it down top. Before you start with the "oh you're just bad, you can't play against nasus properly," that's not a valid point because it takes more than 1 person to play against nasus correctly. He's clearly the strongest dueling top laner, so there's absolutely no way you can beat him in solo queue by just "playing correctly." It takes a joint effort by you and your teammates to take down a nasus, so when your team won't listen and won't group on him you lose the game by default unless you can out splitpush a nasus.... which is not likely. ANYWAYS, the very concept of having a character that requires more than a solo or duo effort to beat is just blatantly wrong. It's very hard to find people in solo queue who are willing to use strategy and pick the correct counterplay because they are too busy worrying about their own stats. Of course when you're playing with pro players and people who take solo queue seriously, it's a different story, but when virtually your entire player base is playing with 4 other teammates that are probably playing for fun or prone to griefing when you tell them what to do, it kind of makes you wonder... should hypertanks be allowed to deal enough damage to basically int and still drop a tower each time they die?... or should a hypertank be allowed to lose firstblood, die to a solo kill, AND STILL have constant top lane pressure? Obviously not. The worst part is, it's so easy to counter an inting laner in theory that it doesn't even warrant a ban, so when you do actually ban it, an even worse top laner like jax gets through bans.
tl;dr of last wall of text is basically "Nasus is fucking stupid because it takes more than 2 people to stop him." Sion has this problem too because his passive can shred towers for some reason.... like Sion is easy to fix, just nerf his tower damage while he's in passive. Riot, balance your game. For real this time. Stop giving bad players rewards for playing poorly. Stop punishing good players for having bad teammates. Learn from FPS games. FPS games don't need nearly as much fine tuning because a good player can have his decision making projected directly onto the outcome of the game. Hypertanks throw that concept right out the window because it doesn't matter how well one person on the team does. If your team doesn't want to play correctly then the game ends there. But of course I'm the villain here and I'm going to get a lot of hate and "mad cuz bad" comments. You know it's true though.
