INTer's queue

I think league would benefit for a hidden queue for people that consistently feed in their games. INTing should result in a flag on your account and after you have a flag a tribunal should decide whether you're actually INTing or not. If convicted, you get sentenced to a number of games in the special queue, and after a certain amount of times convicted you get set to feeder queue indefinitely until you reform. The glory about this is that it isn't a ban, it filters toxic people and trolls so that the rest of us don't have to play with them regularly. Of course, I know this isn't gonna be taken seriously but to be honest I think it's a necessary move.
