FIX YOUR FUCKING CLIENT

I hover Karma in champ select. my client SHOWS KARMA, and I can even choose her skin. Suddenly when I lock in my champ reverts to Xin Zhao, the champion I had hovered previously. I didn't realize until it was too late to dodge and had the wrong runes equipped. Then next thing you know I'm getting flamed and NOBODY believes me. My team just int and grief because they think I'm inting, but in reality my client just doesn't work. The same thing happens when I try to ban sometimes. It doesn't let me ban until 0 seconds and then if I choose someone to ban it doesn't register and just goes to no-ban. I have client in low spec mode, and EVERYTHING ELSE runs fine. It is not my computer's issue, I've tried using a different computer and same shit happens every once in a while. I brought this up way earlier when it first happened and nobody took me seriously. I'm bringing this up again for the second time. Tickets don't work so I come here. PLEASE FIX YOUR CLIENT. IT IS BROKEN.
