Yasuos Ult needs nerfed
His ULT CD needs nerfed. It shouldn't be back up by the time you die to it and return to lane

yasuo has his fair share of nerfs on the pbe. he doesn't need more nerfs.
the problem of yasuo has never been his ultimate... ultimate that is hard to use taking the fact that the enemy must have any kind of knock up/back/aside/suspension for yasuo be able to ulti...
the problem with yasuo is the 50% armor pen from his ultimate and the infinite dashes the rest of his kit is fairly balanced...
for example wind wall is very powerfull but is in a 20 sec cd... luckly u may be able to use it twice in a TF and ultimate unless u knock up the enemy or an ally does u wont be able to use it
