Yes and by my math it is 98% effective. even in aram. and this is where i will sound crazy but I believe there is a switch flipped on friday afternoon that switches you from the winning % into the losing % or vice versa.

You said "math" and then mentioned it was "98% effective" and then went on to provide no math. I am not impressed. As far as win percentages go, if you play enough games, in theory it should settle into around 50%, this is roughly how elo should work. The exception is if you're insanely good and you are forced to climb from an elo well below your talent level.

As for some magical switch, unlikely.

It does actually make sense. If you go on a win streak, you end up with 4 players that afk, feed, or troll. If you go on a losing streak, you end up with players on your team 2 or more tiers above you. That's the way it seems to me.

This is what matchmaking is the more you win, the harder your matches are the more you lose, the easier your matches are Yes, the goal is to keep your win rate at 50:50

ive got way more losses than wins in teambuilder (cuz I do a lot of non-meta stuff like evelynn mid..) and i've got way more wins than losses in normal blind pick.
