Maybe instead of throwing snow balls..

As a Canadian I certifiably guarentee that the snow blowing around the howling abyss would be too dry to form an actual snow projectile. The snowballs in aram just feel like they dont belong. What we SHOULD be tossing is PORO's. if you cant pick up a poro then you cant use the mark/dash. I guess it would change the ability to three button presses. Picking up a poro, throwing it and optionally dashing to it. Kind of its own cooldown nerf. Also, feeding the poro's would increase their impact when thrown. So we could be all going for the fattest poro to toss. Mainly this gets rid of the snowball copy paste problem ( which may only exist in my mind )and FINALLY gives the poros a real purpose.
