Will someone please clarify
Do crit damage+ runes work on Ashe? or are they completely useless

They work.
if you have 20% Crit Ashe will get 20% more damage, if she has 10% Crit damage, then any damage increase she gets from Crit will be increased by that amount, so 20% would increase her damage by 22%. Though for some reason you can't get above 100% crit with her passive.
