Fill in the clock of our cooldowns with a red section so we can see our CDR in effect

We currently have a clock after casting our abilities, showing when it comes up. I'd like it to instead of starting at the beginning, always show the CD of the ability, and have it start 40% in if you have max CDR. That way, you can see your CDR in action. I feel this would make it much easier for new players to understand the significance of CDR, and help others remember that it really is a stat that matters.
