@Riot- A request for Soraka's Equinox

I believe that Soraka's Equinox spell should effect jungle monsters, but not minions, or at least the cc with reduced damage. Vayne can use her E on monsters, Voli can use his E on monsters (tho he is intended as a jungle), and even Kalista can rend monsters.

I think this change could make Soraka a niche, semi-viable jungle particularly for premade teams (rather than solo queue) by making her more interactive. Her passive will get more use, both defensively and offensively, rather than just getting to a fight faster like support Soraka already does. Due to the high cooldown of her ult, the fact she uses health to heal others, and her already abysmal clears, I don't think letting her jungle will make her a non-interactive (farm all day, press R occasionally) champion, but actually increase it. Her passive will be useful for ganks/counter-ganks without being too overpowered, her heal will still hurt her and make her vulnerable to mid and top laners with stronger early power if she comes into lane just to heal an ally, her E is excellent for ganking and has counterplay (the whole "walk out of it" deal), and her R will retain its utility in teamfights, but won't be too oppressive and still leave her open to counterjungling if she decides to farm all day.

Since her rework, she can't really go into other lanes with her entire kit (particularly her W). Not that this is a bad thing, since we remember her old... problems, on both sides. By allowing her to jungle as well as support, she'll have plenty of interaction with her team and the enemy, and I think this could lead to interesting team comps.

Now, I know it's currently the tank meta and whatnot, but this change wouldn't be game-breaking. Dedicated jungle mains can make almost anything work, but a small change to Soraka's E could make her clear times slow, but reasonable.
