That was entirely a display bug that has since been fixed. The team that surrendered first is considered to have lost the match.

You have a 1-5% chance of winning in the games you SHOULD surrender, when its 9 to 33 and your down 2 fires (3rd one up soon, all your inhibs down) and its 30 minutes. Time to surrender.

Next game, you do not start 9 to 33 down 2 fire dragons with a 3rd one up soon and no inhibitors. Therefore, from the start, you have a higher chance of winning than when you were behind in the previous game. Therefore, you do have better odds. From the start, all the odds are the same (ignoring per-player mmr) but as the game goes on, the odds will shift.

You're assuming that your allies in the second game do not share the same odds of performing well enough to avoid the previous snowball situation as the allies from your previous game.

There is no guarantee of that whatsoever either.

untrue, had a game my team was pushing nexus and someone started a surrender vote. it went through. the other team won, but not because of them winning. just dont stick 5 people who feel trollie in the same game.
