Project ekko "bug but not really bug"

So compared to sandstorm ekko.. project ekko looks better in my opinion.. but the way the abilities work... when i played project ekko.. his passive dosent seem as clearly defined. there is to much to see how many stacks you have, unless you count. His abilities seem to smooth, you should make more tactile feedback. To me it feels like im playing a game without sound when i use this skin. this may just be me but i figured i would bring it up.
