Suggestion For Blind Pick System

One of the biggest complaints with League of Legends is the toxic community. Now this community is highly hated by most and is heavily punished by the Tribunal Review people. Now when I first joined league I thought the community was just naturally occurring like in most games but after playing this game for 5 hours a day for the past month I have realized the Blind Pick system is the problem. When playing with a couple of veteran friends via Skype I realized the blind pick lobby chat has a delay on it. For instance I could call top and I would see it pop up first however everybody else would see it 3 seconds later giving time for someone else to call top. On my screen it shows clearly I said top first but everyone else sees the other guy saying it first. This is a huge problem. I have participating in many many many fights regarding this occurrence and it seems detrimental to the team as a whole (One time I had to play Shyvanna support and it was ugly). This is not the only problem with calling lanes. The fact that the game relies on an honor system is terrifying to me. People are assholes on the internet and that is fact we should not have to rely on any honor system. Now, I have two suggestions that could possibly fix this problem. My first is to reworking the chat box in the lobby so that my messages don't even show up for me until everyone else can see it and that way there can't be two people who called top at the same time. My second suggestion is to have a click box that you have to click first to call the lane/role that would prevent two people from calling the same lane/role. Now with the second suggestion people may ask what about if they want to duo top lane or duo adc. My answer is this: the first person who calls the lane/role gets 'first priority' and the next gets 'second priority'. I understand that this solution won't completely eliminate role/lane arguments but it could really decrease it. (PS if you're one of those "season 1 super pro" players who wants League to stay the same because that's how you "grew up" with it please don't be a dick :).

I know this suggestion is a huge shot in the dark but I would love to see this change from this barbaric lobby. Please leave suggestions and feedback in the comments below.
