Why doesn't presence of mind work with energy?
Would it be too broken or something? I don't see why it has to be mana only

FSP P1 SolusGod1 votesbc they don't want assassins to burst more than one person at a specific time (when their ult is up, or when they have all abilities). If they give back energy after his kill then the assassin would be able to 2 v 1 at a time lol
