gunblade active

so the hextech gunblade is supposed to be a "hybrid" item. but it is specifically more geared towards champions that build ap because its active only scales off ap.

riot says that they want this to be a true hybrid option so why does it not scale with AD as well as ap?

nerfs its ap scaling and add a ad scaling.

nothing REALLY actually important but its a inconsistency i thought i would point out
