Possible Changes to Balance Turrets

Now, we all know Riot is pushing for shorter games over longer games, and that's fine, I guess. However, in the state they are now, turrets are weak enough where one late game teamfight can easily spell a loss for the team that died, as they can be taken way too quickly. So, I'll jump right to it:

Outer Turrets: -Turret First Blood's local gold should be decreased to 225 split between champions from 275, for a total of 350 gold overall. This will decrease the snowballing that Turret First Blood has been causing. -Bottom Lane's outer turret should have its local gold decreased further to 200 gold from 250 gold, to compensate for the removal of Fortification's damage reduction bot lane. This should hopefully help with the 4-man dives that often occur bot lane now, and to help alleviate the uneven distribution of gold and map pressure that is focused bot lane as a whole.

Inner Turrets: -Similar to early Season 5, inner turrets should have a shield that regenerates over time when out of combat (and it DOES take damage from minions). However, it does not give its shield to allied champions as it did in the past. This change is designed to help rebounding teams survive constant waves of sieging so that they can close the gap and attempt to win. -OPTIONAL: Give inner turret shots a slow on them, to (further?) discourage teamfights from occurring under enemy turrets.

Inhibitor Turrets: -At the very least, give these guys a bit more health, if you are set on not having laser turrets ever again (I really loved those guys). -If you DO decide to give laser inhib turrets another chance, I'm all for it.

Nexus Turrets: -In their current state, these guys get chunked down to half health or so by one super minion wave. Give these guys more health; doing so won't drastically change how enemies burst down these guys rather quickly. -Pleeeease give these guys their lasers back, consistent last hitting under nexus turrets isn't even something anyone cares about.
