Legendary Axes

So i bought a 50$ RP Card, added it to my account and decided to buy some legendary skins. Now i bought 3 Legendary Skins and I thought that Would Double My chance of getting another legendary because is supposedly "great and kind and great", now dont get my wrong im actually really fine with the skins i got because they are really good for their champions, but i was really hoping that out of the 3 i would at least get 1 extra legendary since my chances were supposedly doubled.
