Screen Glitching Out

Dear Riot, im not sure if this is an actual bug or a performance issue but its messing with my Performance to play the game visually pleasing, its distracting watching my screen glitch in and out with squares and colors that randomly switch with one another, and from past experiences of this same issue, sometimes worse than shown and less, its affected my eyesight when playing the game and hurting my brain alot as the epileptic visions in front of me constantly and rapidly vibrate and attacking my brain https://www.dropbox.com/s/zfikqe6eb311mpz/Screenshot%202016-03-25%2002.39.56.png?dl=0) Usually the problem first starts with Hud Icons/scoreboard, in here when this does happen, will always most likely stay throughout the game, and from random occasions will it spread outside the Hud/scoreboard and as stated before randomly and rapidly vibrate on my screen. https://www.dropbox.com/s/wmpm5f300dz0zy0/Screenshot%202016-03-25%2002.38.33.png?dl=0) This also happens in the Shop and Death Recap https://www.dropbox.com/s/oigqggw7a2heghs/Screenshot%202016-03-12%2019.57.13.png?dl=0) This has been an ongoing issue for a good while now and i dont know what to do about it, affecting my gameplay isnt something i like about it. https://www.dropbox.com/s/d3t7xtrl1g4tet8/Screenshot%202016-03-12%2019.51.17.png?dl=0)

I dont have a good screenshot of a severe glitching of the screen since they constantly vibrate in and out but these are some that ive taken over the time. Any help by anyone and what are your thoughts?
