HUD changes; they still need some adjusting...
As oppose to most of the thoughts on the board, I liked the new HUD when it was introduced. It is compact and easier to process after getting used to it. With the coming new changes, I played couple of games to see how new tweaks looked in different servers. I think the new changes were right on point to satisfy many opposing thoughts. However, I have some adjustment suggestions to make the new HUD better.

The Font and Boldness I think the font is looking better right now, it is more readable and easy to process in the first look. However, I've found the thickness of it a bit larger than it should be. I am using the HUD at 0, and in some parts it is not fitting the HUD frames, ex. shop frame. The hotkey indicators of items overextends to shop, and gold hits the frame of the shop too. I suggest lowering the size of the point by 1 or 2. or make it adjustable in the options, like you could change it between its current size to 5 point lower.

Score on the Up Right Corner The only thing I hate in pre-change new HUD was the cs and score position. I was so used to it being on the up right corner that I couldn't stop looking at there. Now it is changed back to top and I am pretty satisfied with it. However, I think its size is too big right now. It takes a huge chunk of the screen, at least I feel like it does, for locked camera users. I tried to adjust its size in the HUD channel, however it is not possible atm. Adding an option to HUD channel to make it adjustable would be a great option for players who likes most of the HUD at minimum level. One more thing, the FPS and Ping indicators' size is a lot bigger right now, which turns us into the first suggestion. Also, there is no space between FPS and ping, I don't know if it is a bug or not, just wanted to notify.

Some Unnecessary Ideas These are not things that are bothering me game wise but things that would be cool and appreciated if they are done. The first thing is dragon score. The old HUD used to have very cool looking dragon score, but now it just looks... meh! Bringing it back would be very good and stylistic addition. Another one is not necessarily on the HUD, but champ select frames. Before the introduction of ward skin select, btw. I like the idea so good job on that, the summoner skills used to have a frame around it. Bringing a frame back would be great in look and aesthetic wise.

Just one more Thing While this is not something I want to touch upon on HUD wise, it is something that was bothering me since the introduction of semi-locked screen. I love the idea of semi-locked screen but I have a major problem with it. The semi locked screen doesn't center the camera when pressed space(default key). This bothers me a lot when I am trying to play in semi-locked camera. I got introduced to semi-lock mode in HoTS and it has it y default. Now everytime I am trying to play in semi-locked I find myself pressing space constantly but not finding anything or trying to center the camera by hand, I might have symmetric OCD, and missing important things going around. Adding an option like centered semi-locked and semi-lock,which is what we have right now, would be helpful to many players.
TL:DR In short adding more configurations options can solve many problems HUD changes, and some that I mentioned above, brings. I hope I won't be understood as someone who is whining about the changes and never appreciate what Riot is doing. I really appreciate the work put into this game, and am just trying to shout out my opinion that could make the game better. I hope this post doesn't goes into oblivion of Boards.
