So im silver 2 on my way to 1 and i noticed, when i win i only gain 18 lp but each time i lose i lose 20 points, and its not that my mmr is bad as its rougly around silver 1 in mmr (1429) so i dont understand why im gaining so little and losing so much
You don't actually have any way of knowing what your exact MMR is. Whatever gave you that 1429 is merely an estimate.
MMR is another elitist system to keep the masses stuck in certain spots and have few people enjoying the fun on the top end.
It's impossible to beat the system, cause you're into it, like Matrix...unless you're Neo, good luck being a sad sheep. You have absolutely no power over the most important factors of the game. You play by their rules, their rules are made to keep you down. Real life is the same.
This is how they make the grind.
They want you to progress as slow as possible to keep you playing with that "Im almost there" mind set.
Their system is to force you into a 50% win rate. If you are sitting at 65% then you will be teamed with feeders/afkers and trollers and or matchs vs Scripters/Smurfs to try and force you into the 50% win rate.
Riot really has no clue how to make a good game.
