Help with ranked

So i am trying to climb ranked up to atleast gold, started at silver 4 and within a couple of days got into silver 3 and up to 54 lp and then it started, I know im not perfect and not the best player, i have some games i play like trash on, but i would say that most of my games are really good or decent but still i cant win anymore, i have now gone down to 0 lp again for the second time, my two latest games contained a 1/7 ez and 3/10panth and the other game had a 2/12 lethality mf, and many of the peoples in my games seems to completely lack any kind of logical sense and keeps making insane mistakes, and i dont know what to do anymore as im not good enough to carry a feeder and several toxic people any longer, im tired but i dont want for my friends to leave me behind so anyone got any tips for what i can actually do (feel free to check my profile and say your opinion)
