(Important) Put numbered CD Counters for items as well.

The same way abilities have CD counters with numbers, I don't know why items don't. I really think this is one massive game play feature which to be honest should have been implemented already. Players would no longer have to say "GA around halfish" or yeah "Zhonya's in a like 1/4 " it's time we could see the exact time please. I also think this would add a lot more to how we could fine tune our playing styles if you know it's coming up in 47 seconds etc. Also think about how much it'd affect League pro's with this kind of precision instead of an estimate game.
