Why is she able to parry 
. Why is this ok? I mean, it was godly timing and i still murdered her in the end. But seriously. Who thought of that idea?

because ignite and exhaust are instant spells and the only way for her to parry them is either godlike anticipation, an absurd amount of blind luck, or you igniting her despite her being in parry animation.
in most of the cases it even happens its the first or the last reason, which makes it justified imo.
She can parry exhaust too, which mildly amuses me.
Because igniting someone isn't a show of skill or mechanical outplay.
Unless its paired with other abilities to get to that vlad who is about to heal half of his health bar from ulting awhile ago...….no wait nvm he just killed half your team with that proc, should have taken exhaust instead of being a kda player.
