His passive his now garbage, you should've nerfed either his mana regen, q costs, or q cooldown, since people could just rush (should be nerfed) and drop every fucking axe. You nerfed his ALREADY TOXIC passive, and now its even more dogshit to play. Now, you get so little for getting kills AND you get camped even harder.
