Remove Bans From Nexus Blitz
Just like the title says, the bans should be removed. I thought NB was supposed to be a CASUAL alternative game mode. Neither blind nor HA have bans and I don't think NB should either.

The game mode should have a ban phase.
Some people find certain champions ruin the fun for them.

Cuz some people wanna play ranged champs but it's next to impossible when there's like a 90% chance that 
is on the enemy team.
I'd permaban Yasuo just cuz he ruins the fun of playing someone like 
in NB.
Got excited until i saw bans were only in oce. hope we get that here it would be nice to play with having the choice to not face nasus/yasuo/lux all of the time.
I think just for the sake of banning Yasuo, the fun sucker, it's worth it
What bans?
Bans in Bexus Blitz is perfectly acceptable. There are always champs who will have great advanatages on certain game modes. Back when Dominion was around, Rammus, Hecarim, and Shaco were strong candidates for the map. They helped capture and backdoor towers as well as be some of the first champs to make it to the Windmill shortly after the game starts.
Anyways from my 300 games of experience in Nexus Blitz, heals and shields are OP as well as revivals since they essentially circumvent the increased damage intank debuff from going on fire and prevent losses in Bardle Royal. It allows the on fire player to go crazy OP glass canon without any risk of handing off the global on fire bounty to the other team especially since Nexus Blitz doesn't have a global reduced heal debuff like the Howling Abyss does in which both modes are fast income and fast exp gaining game modes.
And as other point out there are quite a handful of champs that players themselves just absolutely hate playing against. It's not so much to shut down the players who love playing X champion but to allow players to not deal with that X champion. If X champion doesn't get banned then feel free to go ape-shit nuts with them.
There should be a ban phase for when Galio 7.21 comes around the corner again.

HA doesn't have bans because it's random champions. Blinds is specifically designed to not have bans or see enemy pick before game (so no counter picking either). Draft pick is the casual form of ranked. I think they should have both blind pick and draft pick for Nexus Blitz. Pretty sure they changed it to draft because to many people complained about everyone only picking the current OPs and not enough variety in champions being picked. They can't really get an idea of how all the champions function in the mode if there are champions that no one will play.
