hiemerdinger needs a RErework.
Hiemerdinger is in a rough spot, and sees almost no play. His kit needs another round of adjustments His turrets are only good if the other team doesn't know what to do about them. They die far too easily, usually just from the collateral Damage of a team fight or taking a single skill shot. Additionally there range is so short that in order to drop them in an effective location for a team fight you will certainly be killed before you can place more than one.
A fun solution to this could be giving hiemers turrets a mini version of braums shield when hiemers is nearby that orient based on hiemers location. Secondly boosting there health and perhaps adding a mechanic like the TF2 engineer where hiemerdinger can actively repair his turrets why hitting them with auto attacks.
This could allow hiemerdinger to use his turrets as an away base for himself and his tram to use while seiging and allow for more kinds of builds besides the glass cannon build the few who play him use. Like an attack speed version that is meant to keep his turrets alive to keep himself and his team safe.
