Rid of [Lock In] during normal blind pick. [gameplay]

When it comes to normal blind pick games, having the lock in tab just creates pre-game tensions and bullies. Really nullifying the whole teamwork and communication process. It's not in every game where this is a problem, however, when the call out process for what roles are requested goes through and one certain person doesn't like the role he ended up with, issues can quickly arise. They will pick a champion that doesn't help the team and lock in. If no one uses the lock in the rest of the team can accommodate and make a synchronous team. Unfortunately, others not in the argument lock in in hopes of starting a game early, (which never has all ten players lock in to happen) and they are unable to change. This is the main issue with having the lock in button during these game modes. Only reason for the button is to start the game process quickly, but as i said before, in my three years of playing have had a game start early once. So in its sole purpose it has no effect.

Actually, I'm in favor of a "ready" condition instead of "lock-in". If all five members of any team click the "ready" button, then everyone "locks" in. Else, continue giving players the option of switching champions [no "lock-in"]. It'd help minimize the bullshit of locking in without a chance for change.
