Fix impossible S rank for jungle

I have noticed for jungle, it doesn't matter how many objectives, large jg minions, or kills (for that matter K/D/A in total) are achieved. All that matters in all the games I have seen junglers get a S rank on, is CS. Junglers rarely' have high CS number unless they steal laners CS. 3:1:3 K/D/A has no affect to get above an A ranking. Please make objectives, kills, and assists more valuable to junglers than CS towards S rankings.

Your kda isn't that great, your cs/min isn't very good, you don't place many wards, and your kill participation isn't super high for jungler.

You need to do all around well in a game to earn a S
