Wukong cyclone not affected by Skarner's imapale [GAMEPLAY]
When Wukong uses his ult and skarner uses impale to supress it, Wukong continues his ult. Wukong's cyclone is not an uninterruptable ability and should stop once impaled. The animations of this event are even broken looking. Please fix!
's ult is not a channeled ability, so there is no reason for CC to stop it as it is now. same reason that suppressing, say, 
or 
after they ult won't stop it.
