Regarding Alistar

It seems to me as though this guys kit needs something of a touch up. Namely his E which is pretty bad, not to mention really random with his theme. And his passive. His current passive is completely useless in his current role. I could see how it would have helped him back when he was a jungler but he has primarily been a support for quite some time now. Now just to make this clear I'm not saying he's trash or anything like that. I quite enjoy playing the cow. However it seems to me that all his power is in 3 of his abilities, and moreover that he feels like a bit of a one-trick-pony with his WQ combo.

Now obviously there are other champions who need reworks more than he does namely Taric Yorick and Aatrox . But It would be nice to see this guy get some help as right now he just feels a bit outdated.

His E goes with the theme. He's a bull. He's protecting (healing) his herd. Also, his passive is awesome.

Ali's e is actually strong: it can get you assists for just standing there, you can use it to activate his passive-good for engage or escape, and if you have enough time and mana you can come back from the brink of death. I honestly don't want Riot to give him an update, I'm afraid they will screw it up.
