I KNEW RIOT KNEW. Jinx been so weak compared to other adc shes needed this buff. Champs like dish out so much dmg while being completely safe plus support doing dmg made 0 reason to play her. I always hated because she was jinx safer while doing hella dmg. 0 skill shots but could out dmg her almost all lvls of the game with a W that rest on kills? lmfao too safe way too safe.
