I am pretty sure I will get some hate for this thought the other day I was playing lucian and noticed that hes quite weak, in the end I still beat the draven I was laning against though his total absence from pro play recently says a lot I was wondering if he would be getting any buffs soon, hopefully a rework on his ult.

He saw a good amount of play in the IEM. Maybe he doesn't bully like he used to, but he's still pretty powerful. It just takes a while for him to really hit his spike.

And, if he gets buffed, we will see this thread again, word for word, except with Graves instead of Lucian.
