So I was recently suspended on this account for 14 days, it ended at 12:02 am on the 29th of april.
Will I be eligible for end of year rewards such as a boarder and the victorious skins if I do not receive another suspension / chat restriction?

SrttyI think (don't quote me on it), but because you were toxic at one point, that you will only be recieving the border. Because of the suspension Riot will redact rewards you get elsewhere, sadly.
Riot has not announced the conditions for this season's end of year rewards.
Who knows what policies they have this year. But if you were to go by last year's rewards system, then you should be borderline eligible.
Make sure you stay out of trouble from now on!
It usually takes 6 months to reform, so as long as there is 6 months of time between this punishment and end of season rewards you should be good to receive them. So 6 months of being good :D Good luck
