Riot Games: Re-Release Championship Riven
I have been a large fan of riven since season 3 and I was never able to purchase this skin because of that, could someone tell me if this is real or not?

Not sure why there needs to be a Change Peitions considering the fact (I think it was WizardCrab) that stated any skin (limited edition or not) had a chance to come back to the store at any given time. With the case of CS Riven they stated if they were to release it again then more than likely Worlds 2016 as it will be the time when the Championship skin line will be complete ( as in having one role per skin)
The reason Championship Riven didn't get re-released was because it was the first time they done a skin in that theme that they wanted it to feel unique by having it only available during their respected season. With the backlash and changes they made for skins like that, with the release of Thresh they made it so it's a seasonal release and having it labeled as Legacy.
So at the very least you might just have to wait till worlds 2016 which is late next year. This wasn't a promise so don't think of it as such if they don't release it. But as someone who does own the skin I think it time it gets released to everyone who wanted it. I for one really dislike this whole Limited Edition type of system. All skins should be available at some point throughout the year for everyone to obtain. Having skins lock just make people out to be jerks or show off which is a put off and makes the game unenjoyable.
Riot has said that Championship Riven will not go out onsale at any time. She remains one of the rarest skins in League. HOWEVER, they do giver her out for special prizing for eSports events.
Riven is one of the most played champions, I would pay millions of dollars for this skin and so would every riven main, why won't riot take our money??
honestly never got the point of that petition, it's not like it forces riot to do anything. they can just you know ignore the petition. and technically they gave it away for perfect guesses in worlds pick'em this year. only 1 guy got one iirc.
