Garen is someone who riot for the most part gutted so that they could shove the villain mechanic into his kit.

He essentially becomes a hyper tank come late game that scratches people, unless he gets to the villain, then he disembowels the poor guy. Of course, that is if garen could ever get near anyone since he is incredibly kite-able

An Assasin, or persay an exectuioner

One of my Top Champs now, replacing Shen... since, you know, Riot destroyed Shen.

He is spinning in the toilet, since the water twirls when flushed. It's so fun!
