Level6 Tokens: glitch
Rito, if you reach level5 mastery in the same match you score "S": post-match congratulates you for earning a token but a token is not deposited into your loot.

This happened to me too. I reached lvl 5 with tryndamere, and got an S in that game. I got the popup saying I got a mastery token, and the text was displayed in chat. When I went into my inventory, the token wasn't there :'(
