Jungle items

The top win rate junglers right now are kayle then skarner followed by xin and amumu, that's two devourer junglers and two cinderhulk. These four are all sitting at close win rate % but They are followed by other devourer and cinderhulk junglers that all are around 51-53% win rate with the two effective runeglaive junglers (Diana and eve) at 50-52% and all of the warrior junglers bringing up the rear.

I feel a large reason devourer is seen as so strong is more because warrior is so weak, while cinderhulk devourer and runeglaive all have passive effects warrior is nothing but stats, making it a less interesting and less effective item as a whole, the toning down of devourerbwas needed as it was a little too strong, but not by much.

Giving warrior a passive effect to make the item a more interesting item would bring the spotlight off of devourer and allow those ad non on hit junglers to make a comeback while still allowing sated junglers to have their place.
