Has a dash/stun... A blitz styled pull... and can go invisible... He's basically a Ekko/Zoe child...with a pull... and a pull... a pull......... did i mention... a pull....
He has a fucking pull.. Blitz styled.. so the hit box is bigger then the animation... You'd be right on edge of it and it'll snag yoo or look like it turns too you.. very blitz-ish..
And hes currently UP.
His damage output and disruptability of his skills make him pretty unreliable. He might get a good KDA but go look at the end game damage.
Your team will also expect you to do things you just can't do, so he's ill equipped to deal with a feeding team atm.
He has to all-in, same as 
without the tankiness aspect. For me he's fine, and really risky to play.
In the hands of a bad player he is just an annoyance, but in the hands of someone who knows what they are doing he is scary and annoying at the same time. He counters some champs so hard. His animations are really messy. His hitboxes all seem to be off from his animations. I have seen multiple of his attacks continue even after he is CCed. He gets frozen but then his attack still continues and does damage while he is standing still. I think the idea of Pyke is intriguing, but he needs some TLC.
