Get placed with worst in promos

Just lost my second promos, this time it was more brutal cause I was 2-0 and looking great then got reverse swept and literally had the worst people as team... Like why? Why can't It jus be kept balanced instead of 'Oh you are about to win your promo eh? welp here are all the shit tier players! carry them!'

Dude you can't carry when Ori ult literally deletes your future from how fucking fed she is, or when jinx is fucking rampaging cause she's fed to hell! How can you carry when your team fucking fights without you and you are their fucking dmg? how do you carry this?? I'm all out of ideas here...
