Tahm Kench needs a serious nerf

Never before has there been a champion who can do SO MUCH DAMAGE whist building nothing but tank items....teleport around the map, and hit someone 3 times and eat them for 3 seconds, completely taking them out of the picture. Oh and not to forget the shield that grants him his ENTIRE health bar. Get hit in lane by a top lane Tahm Kench at level 3....eats me for over 20% of my health...pulls me under the tower because he has enough time to cook some lunch and wank one off as well as drag me with him.

"Tham kench is op please nerf" said no one ever tell me how he is going to get to the enemy with no reliable gap closers if you think his ult is reliable gap closer you should probably look at the wind up/cast time has no hard cc unless he gets 3 auto's off which is enough time for me or anyone else on my team to peel him off and buttfuck him. To Add on to this argument riot even realizes this that's why he is getting nothing but buffs.

imo, Taum has strong stats, but do not like to see him on my team ever because i do not like his ability to disrupt my plays. I see him as a liability for this reason and even buffing him won't change that.

He seems manageable bot because the ADC will be ranged. No idea what to do against him top except to tell my jungler to park his RV somewhere around the baron pit.
