Current Kindred main AMA and why Devourer>Warrior

As the title said AMA about kindred. I'm a diamond 3 jungler that plays kindred whenever she isn't banned (which is a lot right now).

To start off, I'll make a point about devourer being better than warrior. This includes a good amount of math. First an important point is that early cdr is fairly useless on kindred, who has a q with flat cd of 2 during w, and w and e rank 1 cd's that are too high to be used twice in a fight usually even with 10% cdr. That makes the cdr from warrior useless 90% of the time.

Damage wise, devourer gives 30 onhit magic and 40% atk speed. You get this around level 5-6, and factoring in level, rune, and mastery increases, the atk speed from devourer is a net increase of around 30-35% in auto rate. Remember that this amplifies both the 30 magic (which magic is also better than physical early usually) and her complete base ad, around 80 at the time. You should also have fervor, and attack speed amplifies this. Assuming you average around half stacks of fervor in a fight, thats around another 15 onhit ad dmg amplified by attack speed. 30% multiplied by the total 125 dmg plus the 30 onhit itself means the devourer for auto attacks is equivalent to 67.5 ad (ignoring magic dmg vs physical dmg considerations). Thats greater than the 60 ad from warrior. Next is her q, which has a 20% scaling of ad, and none off attack speed. 60 gives 12 additional damage per q, which considering its 2 second cd approximately makes up for that extra 7.5 dmg devourer had over warrior. Your w scales 50% off attack speed and 40% off ad, making the attack speed scaling better. In addition, both your w and autos apply your passive, and only attack speed scaling increases the damage from your passive, which is a fairly significant amount of damage. For example, if you have 2 passive stacks, then at level 6 people have around 900 hp base. If you kill them from full hp then because its % current hp you can multiply 900 hp by 3.75% (because w applies passive too at half effect) and divide by 2 ( to account for current hp) then multiply by 30%, you get an increase of another equivalent of 5 damage from the attack speed. Kindred's e scales 20% ad, which in a fight is a one time increase of 12 dmg, essentially insignificant compared to the rest of her damage. Overall, the damage you gain from devourer on buy is better than warrior, and scales into late game much better. Plus devourer is 175 gold cheaper.

TL;DR Devourer gives more damage on buy, scales better, and is cheaper than warrior.

I was under the impression almost every Kindred got Devourer.
